Returns
Sorry, but due to the nature of our products, Crude cannot accept merchandise returns. This policy helps us maintain quality control standards and ensure that every product shipped is guaranteed original manufacturer product.
Orders that have already been processed can't be cancelled, but if you need to cancel an order before it gets processed, email us immediately at info@crudeproducts.com.
Color Information
While Crude has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Fraud Protection Program
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Shipping
Crude LLC offers Free Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders shipping within the continental United States. USPS is Crude LLC's current preferred carrier. All standard shipments use USPS First Class or USPS Ground.
Expedited shipping to the continental United States is available using USPS Priority Mail for $8.00.
Shipping overseas is by United States Postal Service in accordance with United States Customs law. We charge the market rate set by the USPS. Presently, most overseas destinations are between $12 and $15.

Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
Business Days
Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
