Can the tubes be recycled?
Our tubes are manufactured with 32% post-consumer recycled material and are 100% recyclable themselves. With the exception of the shiny red envelope (which is mixed media to protect your package while in transit), all of our packaging can be recycled.
We care about reducing waste as much as possible — we try to use recycled materials, and we're a paper-conserving operation. We like to keep the packaging light and the quality heavy.

What ingredients do you use?
All ingredients are listed on the label and on the website with each product description.
We never use any Petrochemicals, Parabens, Formaldehyde, or anything we can't readily pronounce without the help of a scientist.
I'm allergic to [something]. Will I have a problem?
Crude is manufactured carefully in a way that does not involve peanuts, dairy, or egg derivatives. Crude ingredients are gluten-free. If you have any concerns, please ask.
Does Crude contain any ingredients derived from animals?
Yes, but just one, and this particular animal is built for it: beeswax. Crude is firmly against animal abuse and testing, so all of our products are thoroughly human-tested to make sure you get the best without giving animals the worst.
Does Crude contain any preservatives?
Crude doesn't contain any artificial preservatives, so it's not meant to be sitting on a shelf. We do use Vitamin E to prolong the benefits of the product while it sits in your pocketbook. For best results, please keep your Crude balms at room temperature.
Does Crude contain sulfites?
No.

How do you ship?
For free domestic shipping, we use the United States Postal Service. Delivery takes 1 to 7 business days depending how far you are from Brooklyn. If you need your package sooner, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
Ordering
How fast will my order get to me?
Orders are typically processed and sent out within two business days. If you'd like to expedite your order, please select expedited shipping at checkout. And if you'd like to delay your order to meet special event timing, please email us at info@crudeproducts.com. We'll work it out for you.
How do I send someone a gift of Crude?
After you place your order, just send us an email to let us know it's a gift, along with any personal note you want to include. We will use a custom gift packing slip, which will omit pricing information and include your personal note. Easy peasy.
